I am working on it slowly — I wish to give you all a place where you may rejoice in all that you love. Jury remains out on whether or not I will in fact recap all or merely a few episodes next season (S3); that said, I really do want you all to maintain the same safe space which you have usually found here.
I think that to lose that would almost be as trajic as a sad and drooping The FOY.
So, here. This is my little gift to you for now.
I am slowly building it up and I don’t actually know if I have even got sh/t right yet. I am trying to make it so that no one can post unless a Member. That said, you should register; and I rec you do so with the same name you use here so nobody fkn gets lost. Because don’t you know? We, #FUCUPs, get lost v v easily unless the sun hits The FOY just so, and it google maps in its own shadow. That way, the tried/tested/and true names of you who already know one another can (and hopefully will) engage there as you do here, accordingly and in good faith.
If you run into any problems, please let me know and I will do my best to get things sorted slowly.

Non-Sardonic moment – your kids are still in school? (cocking head to the side like a confused cocker spaniel or Danno when Max uses big words). My kiddies have been out since the 18th and 1 started camp already.
Yeah, they break up mid-July and go back at the beginning of September. Well, I say ‘school’ but really it’s pre-school. Same term dates though.
We don’t have summer camps, even for older children. Can’t help feeling we might have missed a trick there.

For a few minutes there I entertained the idea that Laini gave of guest recapping, because I must admit, there is a lot of funny girls amongst us….but to be brutally honest I don’t think any of us will be as able as Momma M to paint the funny with words and set the stage for The Sardonic to flow freely!! I really do hope that real life will sort itself out and the Preeeeeteeeee One will find her way to bring the funny for S3!! This is truly a safe and unique place created by a v v Special Individual.
Finding Sardonic came in such a time in my life, when I needed it most and I will for ever be grateful. Where else can you find ESS’s passion, Stephanie’s gift with words, Infant, being Infant, Kimmer’s dry sense of humour, Spursy’s passion for dimples and other random stuff. This is entertainment at its best!
Furthermore here are three of the funniest girls in the UK, Alicia, Mary Jane and Scottiedog. (sorry Crumpet is so scares these days) I think someone that knows me least but gets me best, is Momo (thanks). Then there’s Stalker, CVC and so many more I cannot mention all of you. And dear Westy you have given me so many laughs, it hurts….
Last but not least, Paula and Justine, who despite seeing my dark side , every now and then, still talks to me…….for now I cannot imagine a life without you all and in my heart I call you all, my friends!!
FOYeur — what a really lovely comment. I am so happy that you found Sardonic and that it satiated some very needed goodness in your world. It has for me, too. And when I am quiet and sad and feeling blue, I come here to read equally the recaps and the comments so that I might laugh until I cry.
I will not be opening this place up to guest recaps. Not because I don’t think anyone will be up to it (because I do) but rather because it would in fact take too much time and energy primarily, and secondly, this place and all that I have put in it has been an extreme labour of love (and remains as much). It is more personal than I can express, and for this reason very very privately, I will keep the recaps here only in my name. That likely doesn’t make sense to many but it is crystal clear inside of my very chaotic head
